Summary

Four of our new LCAC scholarship recipients have not yet been located due to limited email or telephone communications.  I will have to investigate on my arrival in Liberia on December 21.  One of our new scholarship recipients, Elizabeth Toe, has been identified as not a Science student but a Mass Communications student in Liberia College. What do we do about that? New scholarship recipient Salome Garway will be privately sponsored by a friend of LCAC who lives in Hartford, Ms. Letonia Wright.  I would estimate that a total deposit of $1000 will cover the tuition and fees for this 2011-2012 second semester and would assume the same for the upcoming first semester of the academic year 2012-2013.
